Presented by epijoint, The World’s Biggest Sit In is a WORLD RECORD ATTEMPT for the largest chair-based exercise class ever held.

Get ready to be part of something amazing! “The World’s Biggest Sit In” is your chance to help set a world record for the largest chair-based exercise class – and it’s all about raising awareness for musculoskeletal health.

This October, as part of Musculoskeletal Health Awareness Month, the goal is to bring together over 750 people on the lawns of Rippon Lea Estate to beat the current record of 731. It’s a fun way to shine a light on the 150+ musculoskeletal conditions that affect over 7 million Aussies and play a big role in early retirement.

Best of all, it’s completely free to join! You can sign up on your own, with friends, or even as part of a team. And if you feel like going the extra mile, you can fundraise to support Musculoskeletal Health Australia and help them keep providing essential services and info to those living with these conditions.

Sound good? Head over to The World’s Biggest Sit In to learn more and sign up today!
