The Antipodean Manifesto at the Wanneroo Regional Gallery

The Antipodean Manifesto exhibition is currently showing at the Wanneroo Regional Gallery, and features a selection of paintings, drawings, prints and ceramics by the seven artists and one historian who formed the influential Antipodean group in Melbourne in 1959.

Drawn from The State Art Collection (Art Gallery of Western Australia), the exhibition explores the social and political context of late 1950s Australia. This is a wonderful opportunity to discover a fascinating time in Australian art history.
