Travelling by Train V/Line operate trains daily from Melbourne Southern Cross to Geelong. The train station is an easy ten minute walk from the National Wool Museum. Visit the V/Line website or contact 136 196 for timetable and ticketing information. Travelling by car 60 minutes from Melbourne CBD or a 30 minute drive from Torquay, Great Ocean Road. Car parking Metered parking is on Moorabool Street, Brougham Street and Eastern Beach Road. The Civic Centre Car Park located on Gheringhap Street opposite the Town Hall offers parking Monday to Thursday from 7:30am to 6:00pm, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 7:30am to midnight (free parking after 6:00pm on Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday). Travelling by Ferry Port Phillip Ferries operates passenger ferry services from Docklands to Geelong and Docklands to the Bellarine (Portarlington). They also provide Port Phillip Ferries Discovery Tours. Searoad Ferries car and passenger ferry travels from the Mornington Peninsula to Queenscliff. Buses run from Queenscliff to Geelong daily. Spirit of Tasmania travels daily from Davonport Tasmania docking at Geelong. A ten-minute drive to the National Wool Museum.
