The Walls Have Stories

Step into the stories hidden in Perth’s built environment! Follow a free literary trail through the Perth Cultural Centre, where WA authors will perform a range of flash fiction and poetry that will bring history, architecture, and untold tales to life.

Visit the city in May to immmerse yourself in the vibrant stories that are etched into landmark buildings in Perth. ‘The Walls Have Stories’ allows you to explore the Perth Cultural Centre through a free literary trail, curated by Writing WA for the Australian Heritage Festival as part of our 2025 Stories in all Spaces project.
