Unearthing Stories from the Grave

Come and enjoy an afternoon of fascinating stories and interesting tales that will be unearthed from the St Patrick's Cemetery. The cemetery is rich in history, being among the oldest in Australia and houses the St Francis Chapel which is the oldest existing mortuary chapel in Australia.

We will have guided tours available from 1:30pm on Saturday the 26th of April 2025.

Tours will be conducted by our own experienced tour guides, including the President of the Friends of St Patrick’s Cemetery and Historian, Judith Dunn OAM.

For a very reasonable cost per person, the tour will bring the cemetery to life, unearthing the past.
